1- READ the FAQ's-below-this saves me from
answering the same questions over and over-TY!

2-You need to Fill out the #1 form and PAY the registration and
fill out the #2 form -BOOKING form on the BOOK ME tab.
They come right into my email, in the order they are filled out.
We will work off this list ONLY to book the cabins.
3- I will send you a confirmation- I got your Booking- the travel agent will then connect
with you for cabin type, payment plan and any other information you may need.
4- YES, you MUST book through the GROUP to attend the trainings-THIS gives us NUMBERS and POWER to book the big spaces for our TRAINING area.
YES!!! Please book family and friends too with our agent-add to the
GROUP numbers-MORE bookings means bigger seminar space!
To MAXIMIZE the seminar space-please plan to book ASAP. RCCL will base our seminar space needs on how fast/how many cabins we book.
Our request is the THEATER! So lets get booking!

7 NIGHT Cruise -Jan 24-31 2015-GROUP PRICING INCLUDES TAXES, PORT FEES and TIPS:

$250. Deposit-each passenger BOOKS your actual cabin. Pay that and get an assigned cabin NOW.
Payments-Taken each 2 weeks, or HOW you design your pay plan and payment amounts. The travel agent will arrange this. You will be paid in full by beginning of November.
Cabin Pricing- *ANY discounts you can find (specials/over 55/Crown and Anchor Club, etc) Jan the travel agent WILL work to get those same prices and BOOK your cruise.
Cat K-INSIDE: $653.45 + $84 tips = $737.45 per person/double occupancy
Cat G- OUTSIDE: $733.45 + $84 tips = $817.45 per person/double occupancy
Cat E2-BALCONY: $913.45 + $84 tips = $997.45 per person/double occupancy
**This is based on 2 passengers per cabin. The 3rd and 4th passenger pay LESS than the stated prices in those cabins designed for more passengers.

3- WHO CAN COME?
This is open to EVERYONE at any level in Avon. Whether you have just started AVON a week ago or been with AVON for 25 years, there will be something for everyone to learn. YES-----YOU can bring your 4th cousin Agnes with you, Grandma, spouse, kids (not allowed in workshops) -YOU attend the workshops, Agnes, Grandma, kids lay by the pool!
Bring family/Friends/whoever non Avon people!
4-Need a ROOMMATE? We have a roommate connect on our FaceBook group page (click FaceBook)
You can BOOK your cabin and ADD a roommate/change a roommate. You can bring anyone-even non AVON! Also. advertise the cruise in your local area/team to find a roommate that way!
5-BOOKING Instructions-"BOOK ME" tab on top
We have a fabulous payment plan- a payment every 2 weeks until it is PIF-paid in full by the end of October 2014. See the Book me tab for prices. You can get ANY KIND of cabin available by arranging your preference with the travel agent!
6-MAKING CABIN CHANGES- If you are BOOKED-any cabin changes- upgrades, roommates etc please contact the TRAVEL AGENT.
7- Final payments are due -Travel Agent info-You can pay a little each campaign until the due date!
At anytime you can call or email the travel agent and add to your already scheduled deposit! Every campaign if you wish so you have little or no balance come October/November (Jan will give you exact date)!!

9-At this time I have to give all unsold cabins back to RCCL by 7-25-14
****WE MAY- be able to add cabins till departure-but do not count on it.
Life happens and there will be cancellations. Once we "Close the cruise bookings" off, you can REMAIN on standby to see if cabins become available and add you at that time.
Avoid that drama and book NOW!
10- PRICING--- Jan worked the payment plan to include -the cruise, port charges, taxes and the gratuities.
YOU pay for TRANSPORTATION to NEW ORLEANS. PORT of NEW ORLEANS is the port we depart from.
You can DRIVE.
You can FLY.
Please plan on coming in a day early as we can board around 1030am. Ship departs with or without you. Must be ONBOARD by 230pm.
11- Do I need a Passport? YES! You will need a passport unless you have ALL your original papers. We recommend a passport-as it is the BEST form of ID you can carry!
YOU CAN use a Drivers License with a birth certificate and if you are married (last name different from birth certificate) bring your marriage certificate. ALL originals. Your name changes (from original birth certificate must all line up. SEE? A Passport is easier!

12- Will there be another Cruise?

MAKE SURE you fill out the subscriber POP UP window-when you go to the HOME page- so we can update you on that status!
13- Start boarding at 10:30am
NO LATER than 2:30pm-Know this when booking travel
"Guests arriving late will not be permitted to sail."
You will need ID, Passport (see FAQ on my website and you can go direct to RCCL to THEIR FAQ)
On the initial day of sailing, guests may begin boarding at approximately 10:30 am. All guests must be onboard no later than an hour and a half before the ship departs, which is 2:30 pm. Guests arriving late will not be permitted to sail. This supports government regulations that require cruise lines to submit a departure manifest a designated amount of time prior to sailing. Please note that some sailings may require an earlier check-in time. Guests should refer to their Guest Vacation Documents for specific information.
14-Excursions and onboard networking and cocktail parties-----------> Coming soon! We are working on some GROUP EXCURSION CHOICES!
