5DEAR GO GETTERS!
Our January 2014 --5 night cruise had over TWELVE HOURS of seminars and trainings! That does not include any of the fun networking time each night at DINNER and all during the days! We had 29 SEUL teams represented with about 250+ AVON reps JOIN US!! The biggest take away was we needed 7 nights next cruise, we ARE ONE AVON family and the SEUL were more than willing to share, with the FACE to FACE networking, it resulted in deep friendships and commitment to support each other in the quest to create a STRONG and PROFITABLE AVON businesses! ONE HIGHLIGHT of MANY-Some of the AVON MEN shared what their AVON business looks like, and how they support their spouse or they indeed work it 100% with their spouse! Many (semi involved) Avon "husbands" told Barry and I after the presentation, they have a new appreciation of the POTENTIAL this business can have if you WORK IT AS A FAMILY TEAM!!! They COMMITTED to helping and supporting their home team more! HOW awesome is THAT!!!???? Barry Christopher and I want to THANK the SEUL and EUL who shared their time, stories and experience with our attendees! Without your SUPPORT and attendance, this cruise would NOT have been the smashing success it was, and we THANK YOU! Looking forward to #2 GO GETTER CRUISE! JOIN US! Jan-2014 -Barry, Barb and Chris,
1- What a wonderful blending of 10% SEUL and 90% Representatives. 2- The training sessions were great – for both SEULs and the Representatives. 3- The interaction of SEULs with the Representatives outside of formal sessions was super. 4- SEULs mentored other Leaders/Representatives during the cruise and are continuing to work with them, even though they are not in their downline. 5- All 300 on the cruise formed a community and lasting bonds. 6- We feel this was by far the best Avon event since the National in Orlando. 7- Learned a lot of new ideas for both leadership and sales. 8- The SEULs presenting were not the super top SEULs and thus were easier for the new representatives to relate to – if these SEULs could make it, this made it easier for them to see themselves reaching SEUL. 9- Everyone was positive about Avon. 10- It was fun, motivating, great learning experience, and great fellowship! |
